Scope & delivery
We provide seller software development, API integrations, business reporting and advertising tool development. Features, deliverables, accounts, marketplaces, maintenance and implementation timing are agreed in writing before work begins. Website descriptions do not mean every feature is available to every account.
Quotations & fees
Basic costs CNY 199/month, Growth CNY 499/month and Professional CNY 999/month. Account and team limits are shown in our plan details. Available modules, marketplaces, implementation timing, applicable taxes and the final payable amount are confirmed in writing before activation. Amazon advertising spend and Seller Central charges are excluded. Extra development, migration and needs beyond plan limits are quoted separately. This website does not provide online payment or instant activation. Renewal is agreed monthly without automatic charges; customers may email us to stop renewal for the next period. Payment, change and refund arrangements are specified in the service agreement.
Account authorization & use
Customers must have authority over the accounts they connect and grant the necessary permissions through Amazon’s official authorization flow. Operations are limited to the agreed purpose, approved API capabilities and customer consent. Seller and advertiser accounts are authorized separately. Customers can revoke access and email us to request service termination or data handling.
Privacy & support
Our privacy policy describes data handling. Security reports, access, correction and deletion requests follow the security and data request process. Support is tracked through the contact mailbox and the same email thread; project agreements define specific maintenance and support arrangements.
Ending or changing a service
Email us with the relevant project if you need to change scope, pause or end a service. Deliverables and fees are handled under the written agreement. Collection that is no longer authorized stops, and retention and deletion follow the privacy policy and applicable requirements. An authorization must not continue to be used after it ends.
