- Verify. We review the information and may ask for reasonable clarification. For a data or authorization request, we verify that you are entitled to make it. We do not need your Amazon password for this verification.
- Confirm and track. We acknowledge the report and use the same email thread to track questions, relevant updates, and your follow-up messages.
- Investigate and act. We investigate the concern and take the appropriate corrective or data-handling action. If information must be retained under applicable law or a request cannot be completed as submitted, we explain the limitation.
- Report the outcome. We reply with the result and any action you need to take. You can reply to the same thread with further questions or evidence.

Advertising authorization and data
Our Amazon Ads API integration is planned and is not yet available. This website does not currently provide advertising account authorization or perform advertising API operations. When the integration becomes available, its authorization instructions will explain how to withdraw access.
